I want you to genuinely love your hammock. Every hammock I stock has been carefully selected for comfort, quality, and long-term enjoyment, but if something isn’t quite right, I'm here to help.
All hammocks* include a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, and hammock stands include a 1-year guarantee.
This guarantee covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The guarantee does not cover:
*Mexican hammocks include a 6-month limited manufacturing guarantee due to their handmade construction.
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to get in touch to arrange a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Hammock comfort depends heavily on having the right hanging distance, so I strongly recommend double-checking measurements before opening your hammock.
Each product page clearly lists hammock dimensions and minimum hanging distances, and these measurements are also printed on the packaging.
If a hammock is opened and does not fit your space, I may be unable to accept a return.
Unopened hammocks can still be exchanged.
